Ans: We guarantee that all products supplied by us are real, original, genuine products in brand new factory sealed condition. None of these are "seconds" or returned or any other shady stuff. (We are thankful that some one asked this question)

Yes we can supply requested colours. You can email us your request after placing the order. We cannot guarantee that we hold every colour of all the products all the time but usually such requests can be granted.

Delivery costs vary from product to product and ordering products together for same delivery address will be more economical in terms of delivery costs. Min delivery cost is £1.95 , Max delivery cost is £7.95 . To know delivery cost for any of the products just add them to shopping cart and it will calculate them for you.

Q: What is the shipping method and delivery times?

Ans: Shipping is done via Royal Mail First Class or Courier. Most orders are shipped within 2-3 days of ordering. Estimated shipping times are given on every product page.

Q: What batteries can we use for the Remote Control Handsets?

Ans: Many toys that we sell need AA or other alkaline batteries for their remote controls which are not part of the package. Rechargeable Batteries are unsuitable for use in the Picoo Z Transmitter, as their lower Nominal Voltage is likely to affect the Intelligent Charger. Only use good quality Alkaline Batteries. A fresh set of six Duracell AA Batteries will provide up to 25 Charges.
